Day 1 - 2
Cape Town - Stellenbosch
You travel directly from the airport to Stellenbosch, where you stay in the middle of the wine region. In the 17th century, the Dutch colonists invited French Huguenots to the Cape to help them with the viticulture. Gastronomy and world-famous wines are core to this area. Visit some of the more than 120 wineries and enjoy the beautiful landscapes. Hint: when you go on an extensive wine tour and really want to enjoy your day why not get a taxi for a day to take you around so you can sit back, learn, taste and enjoy.

Day 3
Montagu
The Overberg awaits you today. Via Stellenbosch you drive through the wine regions of Paarl, Worcester and Robertson before you reach Montagu, famous for its natural Hot Springs and its activities on and along the Breederivier. There is a big dried fruit and nuts wholesalers. Hint: Take a tractor trip up in the mountains and enjoy lunch with a view, go on a heritage walk, go rock climbing, mountain-biking, wine tasting or indulge yourself in the rejuvenating wonders of the Spa and Hot Springs.

Day 4
Oudtshoorn
Your journey through the Western Cape continues towards Oudtshoorn via the iconic Route 62, which crosses the Klein Karoo mountains.
This is the ostrich capital of the world. You can visit an ostrich farm and explore the Cango Caves.

Day 5
Addo
If you rise early you may want to go and spot meerkats, a fun activity to start the day. Next you drive via Willowmore and Kleinpoort through a desert-like area before you reach your lodge in the north of the Addo National Park. At the reception of your lodge a warm welcome by the rangers, who also safely accompany you to your luxury chalet, awaits. Day 6
Addo Elephant National Park
All meals and two activities per night are included during your stay. Together with the rangers you explore the safari park and go in search of The Big Five. During your spare time you can fully enjoy the facilities of the lodge.

Day 7 - 8
Plettenberg Bay
Via Port Elisabeth you reach another piece of pristine natural charm. Storms River is considered the gateway to the Garden Route. Here you can take a nice hike through the Tsitsikamma National Park on the shore of the Indian Ocean. You will reside Plettenberg Bay today and tomorrow. Around Plett, there are many beaches that are among the most beautiful in the country and you can take your pick from a wide variety of outdoor activities

Day 9 - 10
Knysna
You continue on to Knysna, a small tourist town and the capital of the Garden Route. Here you can sample the world's best oysters, all with a view of the ocean!
You can also take a day trip to Oudtshoorn, the ostrich capital of the world, or take a stroll through the surrounding nature reserves and soak up the scenery.

Day 11
Hermanus
Your next stop along the Garden Route may be the well-known city of Mossel Bay. Here you can visit the Bartolomeu Dias Museum. Particularly the replica of the ship the Portuguese explorer used to sail to South Africa is worth while. Just around the corner you will find the old Post Office Tree. Or you could drive straight to the land based Whale Capital of the World, Hermanus. From June to November, even December, the Southern Right whale flocks here to mate and calve and these giants of the sea will come as close as 5 meters from the rocky edges of the 12 km long cliff trail.

Day 12 - 14
Cape Town
The die hards may wish to be in Gansbaai early mornings to join a shark cage dive to see the white sharks up close (click on the excursiontab to get all info). Then Cape Town, the city of the iconic table mountain beckons. The next day you may wish to ride the cable car up Table Mountain in the late afternoon, gwindow shopping at Victoria and Alfred Mall, take a boat trip across to Robben Island or enjoy a sunset or lunch cruise from the Waterfront, ideas galore in Cape Town. Your extra day is just perfect to rise early and make your way to the peninsula. Drive to the old naval Simon’s Town and discover the colonial façades and atmosphere. Just a little further you can take the turn of for Boulders Beach. Here you can admire a colony Jack Ass penguins, picnic on the beach or go for a morning swim between the penguins. Cape of Good Hope lies at the end of this ocean-hugging road. Drive back via Scarborough and the stunningly scenic Chapman’s peak drive to Houtbay. Don’t miss out on a visit to Groot-Constantia before heading back to your hotel.

Day 15
Depending on your flight departure time, you can still enjoy the charm of Cape Town and take a last stroll through its colorful houses, or sunbathe one last time, before heading to the airport.
